General profile

Reporting directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager and working in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team, the Sales Specialist will contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets through the promotion and sale of high-, medium- and low-voltage electriomechanical systems. The role involves managing an established customer portfolio in the North-West of Italy, as well as actively developing new business opportunities.  Strong cross-functional collaboration is essential, as the workplace also hosts the company’s manufacturing facility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio and acquire new clients within the assigned territory
  • Promote COL Group products and services, with a specific focus on industrial electrical system focused on HV/MV/LV renewable energy plants
  • Conduct customer visits and manage contract negotiations
  • Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports and update the CRM system
  • Support the quotation department and prepare basic technical-commercial offers
  • Coordinate and support multi-mandate sales agencies and/or engineering firms operating in the assigned area
  • Monitor market trends and analyse competitors
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events

Required skills

  • Technical diploma or degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the sector (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Solid knowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical systems and MV/LV electrical switchgear
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships

Our company is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of complex HV/MV electrical generation, transmission, and distribution projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the entire project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilites

  • Plan and manage HV/MV electrical generation, transmission, and distribution projects from start-up through final commissioning
  • Plan installation, assembly, testing, and start-up activities for systems and plants (electrical systems, automation systems, etc.)
  • Manage the project budget and prepare periodic progress reports
  • Develop and update project schedules using MS Project
  • Supervise Site Managers and technical project coordinators
  • Monitor technical and regulatory compliance of all executed activities
  • Interface with clients, regulatory authorities, engineering firms, and suppliers
  • Manage technical changes, extra costs, and contractual updates
