Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist will be responsible for cost estimation and for the technical and financial management of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) addressed to private customers, utilities, and public and private tenders. The role includes the preparation of proposals to be completed within agreed deadlines and in full compliance with customer requirements, ensuring the technical integrity of the offer and conformity with project specifications. Responsibilities

  • Develop preliminary technical solutions and define the most suitable technical and commercial configuration based on customer requirements and the available product portfolio
  • Manage the entire bidding and quotation process autonomously, ensuring high-quality proposals aligned with both customer and company needs

Reporting to and working closely with the Marketing & Sales Manager, the Account Manager will contribute to achieving the order intake budget of the subsidiary Imequadri through the sale of medium- and low-voltage electrical switchboards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the final stage of the production process, ensuring that each MV and LV switchgear panel meets strict safety, functionality, and customer technical specifications prior to shipment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Functional and Instrument Testing: perform insulation tests, dielectric withstand testsF contact resistance measurements, and functional/electrical logic tests on MV and LV switchgear
  • Compliance Verification: ensure wiring and components comply with single-line diagrams and functional schematics
  • Component Configuration: parameterize and test protection relays, motorized circuit breakers, multimeters, and monitoring systems

General profile

Reporting to the Project Manager and to the Head of Site Operations, the Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the construction site, including work planning, resource coordination, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site personnel and manage material procurement
  • Manage site documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate subcontracted activities, including electrical and mechanical installations and commissioning activities
  • Monitor and control incoming and outgoing materials at the construction site
  • Organize regular coordination meetings and progress updates with the project team and other stakeholders
  • Monitor the project schedule, track progress and project developments, ensuring that project requirements and deadlines are met

 

Required skills

  • Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Systems
  • Good knowledge of electrical schematics, industrial electrical systems, and HV/MV/LV electrical and electromechanical circuits
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site personnel
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
