General profile
Reporting to the Project Manager and to the Head of Site Operations, the Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the construction site, including work planning, resource coordination, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Supervise site personnel and manage material procurement
Manage site documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Coordinate subcontracted activities, including electrical and mechanical installations and commissioning activities
Monitor and control incoming and outgoing materials at the construction site
Organize regular coordination meetings and progress updates with the project team and other stakeholders
Monitor the project schedule, track progress and project developments, ensuring that project requirements and deadlines are met
Required skills

Reporting to the Technical Department Manager, the Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for the development and design of electrical systems in the industrial sector and in the production and distribution of electrical energy.
Responsibilites
Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities, both internal and external
Collaborate with the project team for each assignment
Interface with the end client to assess the technical feasibility of projects, including new installations or revamping of existing systems
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement purposes
Support the Site Manager during installation and commissioning phases
Conduct site inspections and surveys to define optimal project specifications, ensuring that requirements and deadlines are met
Required skills
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrotechnics
Good knowledge of electrical schematics, industrial installations, and HV/MV/LV electrical and electromechanical circuits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electrical CAD software
Ability to work independently

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Industrial Electrician will be responsible for carrying out electromechanical installation and industrial wiring activities, working closely with the site team.
Responsibilities
Install lighting systems, power distribution systems, and special electrical systems
Install cable trays, conduits (metal and PVC)
Lay and connect MV and LV cables
Handle and install MV switchgear, power centers, and LV panels
Install and assemble medium and high voltage equipment
Perform maintenance activities on MV/LV substations
Carry out fabrication and assembly of light metal structures, including basic welding activities
