Reporting to the Quality Manager and working within the Quality Department, the Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that processes, materials, and installations comply with company standards and applicable regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

The role involves close collaboration with the Technical Department and operational/site teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Update and revise operating procedures, work instructions, and documentation within the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of business processes; plan and conduct internal audits to ensure IMS compliance

  • Identify, document, and manage non-conformities, collaborating with Project Managers and suppliers to define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Plan and execute quality control activities and Quality Control Plans (QCP); evaluate suppliers’ compliance with quality standards; inspect and verify tools and equipment, including calibration monitoring through authorized laboratories

  • Propose process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste; collect and analyze data for periodic reporting to support Management Review; liaise with certification bodies and external consultants during audits

  • Manage the preparation and archiving of quality dossiers, test certificates, and final Data Books for client delivery

 

Required skills

  • Technical diploma (Electrical/Electronics) or Degree in Electrical or Management Engineering

Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist will be responsible for cost estimation and for the technical and financial management of public and private tenders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyse tender documentation and project specifications, identifying potential technical improvements or value engineering solutions where applicable;

  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs/RFPs) to suppliers and subcontractors;
