Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist will be responsible for cost estimation and for the technical and financial management of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) addressed to private customers, utilities, and public and private tenders. The role includes the preparation of proposals to be completed within agreed deadlines and in full compliance with customer requirements, ensuring the technical integrity of the offer and conformity with project specifications. Reporting to the Technical Department Manager, the Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for the development and design of electrical systems in the industrial sector and in the production and distribution of electrical energy.

 

Responsibilites

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities, both internal and external

  • Collaborate with the project team for each assignment

  • Interface with the end client to assess the technical feasibility of projects, including new installations or revamping of existing systems

  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement purposes
